Bio-Kalium™ supplies ionic and complexed potassium plus boron — the elements behind red and pink coral pigmentation. Potassium transports nutrients and stabilizes osmotic pressure; combined with boron, it promotes strong aragonite formation over brittle calcite. Part of a four-product series that must be dosed together with Bio-Gen, Bio-Metals, and Bio-Enhance.
Nutrient transport and aragonite formation
Potassium helps transport nutrients into coral tissue and plays a role in numerous biochemical processes. Combined with boron, it supports the formation of strong aragonite rather than fragile calcite — tying coral color directly to skeletal strength.
Bio-Kalium is one part of a coordinated four-product series. Bio-Enhance, Bio-Metals, and Bio-Gen round out the required biomolecules and major, minor, and trace coloring elements — using just one leaves the others under-supplied.

Must be used alongside Bio-Enhance, Bio-Metals, and Bio-Gen for the full coloring element profile.
Directions
Shaking isn't required, though inverting 3–4 times helps if it's been sitting a while. Add to high water flow; safe on a dosing pump.
Reef aquariums only
Formulated for reef tanks with coral, not general saltwater setups.
Monitor potassium
Keep potassium within 375–400ppm — swings outside this range affect nutrient transport and aragonite formation.
